Does Radley offer free delivery?
Yes, they do. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £125.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to most postcodes takes 2-5 working days. If you’d prefer a more speedy delivery, you can opt for next working day delivery, which will arrive the following working day, providing that you place your order by 6:00pm the previous working day.
How much does delivery cost?
If your order is below £125, then standard delivery to most postcodes costs £4.50. For next-day delivery, this costs £6.99.
Does Radley offer a collection service?
Yes, you can opt for CollectPlus at the checkout stage for a total of £4.99. When you do this, you’ll be able to pick up your order from your chosen shop after 5 working days.
Can I track my Radley order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. You can then enter the ‘My Account’ section of the Radley site to view the status of your order.
What is the returns policy at Radley?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from Radley, they have a 28-day returns policy. This means you’ll have up to 28 days to return your order. Your order must be returned in its original condition, both unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Does Radley offer an NHS discount?

Is there warranty on my Radley watch?
Each Radley watch has a 2-year guarantee on it which covers any defective parts or construction defects. Unfortunately, this guarantee only covers the timepiece alone, it does not include straps, buckles, bracelets and watch glasses.
Are Radley watches adjustable?
If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your Radley watch, you can send it to Radley along with the wrist gauge and get it altered, free of charge.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
