How to Get in Touch with AO
AO have a couple of phone numbers for you to use depending on what you need. If you’re looking to place an order then call 0161 470 1100 and they’ll guide you through the ordering process.
For queries, reporting problems and anything else then call 0161 470 1200. Both of these phone lines are open between 8 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday and between 8 am and 6 pm at weekends.
Once you’ve placed your order, you may need to amend, rebook or cancel it if it’s no longer right for you. Or maybe you need to see the manufacturer's details and get a copy of your invoice. The phone lines at AO are currently incredibly busy and they’ve made it super simple for you to do all of those by using the My Account feature. So if you need to rebook your delivery for a more convenient day or time or arrange a return with Drop@Shop or have it collected you can do all of this without having to wait in a queue on the phone.
