Can I get free delivery at SportsShoes?

SportsShoes does not currently offer a free delivery service. Brooks Express delivery (which is fulfilled by Brooks directly) is free, however. Please note that if your order contains both Brooks products and SportsShoes products, they will be delivered separately.

What are the delivery options at SportsShoes.com?

Express delivery costs £4.99 and will be delivered within 48 hours. Premium delivery is available for £6.99, whilst Saturday delivery can be selected for £9.99.

Can I return my order?

SportsShoes has an incredible 100-day returns policy. Orders should be returned undamaged and in a resalable condition, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage. Refunds can take up to seven working days to be processed.
