How do I return an item to Robert Dyas?

You’ll have 14 days to return a product to Robert Dyas. To do so, you’ll need to head online and download their returns form. Once this has been filled in, you can add it to your returns package and send it back to the address provided. Please note, that Robert Dyas will not cover postage charges for returned goods. If you would rather, you can return items at any Robert Dyas store.
