Do Samsung offer free delivery?
Yes, Samsung offers free Named-Day delivery on all 'smaller items' to shoppers with an account. For guests, shipping will cost £5.99.
Can I choose a specific time slot for my delivery?
Yes, you can - for all items, you can choose to pay for a specific time slot. Fees for timeslot delivery start from £9.99 and go up to £35.00 for 'larger items'.
Can I amend my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, Samsung cannot accept changes to an order once it has been placed. If you no longer want all or part of your order, you will either need to cancel the order or return items to Samsung after they have arrived.
Can I track my Samsung order?

What is the Samsung returns policy?
You'll have 14 days to return any items you don't want to Samsung. Items must be sent back in like-new condition, in their original packaging, and with all chargers, accessories and other free products included.
