How long will it take to receive my insurance documents?
Insurance documents will be emailed to you but can take up to an hour to arrive. If you have opted for physical documents, Golf Care advise that you allow up to 14 working days.

How long is the cover?
At Golf Care, they have four separate plans that each provide you with 12-month coverage.
What does the Golf Care insurance cover?
The cover is provided whilst at the golf club when playing on the course or at the driving range and means that you are insured on the following possible situations: being hit in the eye, being hit in the mouth, hitting another person, losing your clubs, having your clubs stolen from your house, and more. Does my cover mean I am insured to play aboard?
At Golf Care they have four different policies available. Gold will cover you throughout Europe and Platinum covers you anywhere in the world. Regardless of which policy you choose, you can extend your insurance to cover you throughout the world by simply adding the ‘Worldwide Extension’ on your application.
Does Golf Care only offer golf insurance?
