Can I get free delivery at Hush Puppies?
Yes, Hush Puppies currently offers free Saver delivery on all UK-based orders. This is a Royal Mail Tracked service, and orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days.
What are the other delivery options available at Hush Puppies?
Alongside Saver delivery, customers can also choose from Standard delivery for £4.99 or Express delivery for £7.99. As soon as orders are dispatched, customers will receive an email containing a tracking link.
What is the Hush Puppies returns policy?
If you’d like to send an item back to Hush Puppies, you’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. To start the returns process, you’ll need to complete the return form found in your parcel, attach the label to the outside of your repackaged parcel and return it via a tracked service.
