What is the ASDA delivery pass?
For £3.50 (midweek deliveries only) or £6.50 (anytime deliveries) per month, the pass lets you save on delivery fees. You can also pay a one-off fee of £65.00 for a year’s worth of anytime delivery, or £35.00 for 12 months' worth of midweek deliveries. Members will have access to recurring slots, next-day delivery and collection, priority access to slots and more.
Does ASDA offer Click and Collect?
Yes, as well as a trusted home delivery service, ASDA also offers a Click-and-Collect service to make those weekly shops easier. Simply select your products online, select the Click and Collect option when you’re ready to go and a dedicated team of pickers will get your shop ready for you.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, you can do so before a specific cut-off time (which varies from order to order). Log in to your account and head to ‘Your Orders’, then find the relevant order and make the changes there. If you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so before 10 pm on the day of delivery from the same section on your account.
Can I return my items to ASDA?
Yes, most items can be returned to ASDA if you're unhappy. George at ASDA and ASDA own-brand products are covered by a 100-day guarantee, whilst other items are covered by a standard 30-day guarantee.
