What is the Carphone Warehouse returns policy?
Carphone Warehouse will let you return any items you're unhappy with, so long as you do so within 14 days of your purchase. This includes networks and phone contracts, although apps, software and downloads are exempt from returns. You can return items in-store, or give their team a call to get a free returns label.
