All new customers who are UK residents and purchase a Home combined Buildings and Contents insurance policy with the Promoter between the 19th May 2015 and the 31st August 2015 will be eligible to receive a WV2 Karcher Window Vac (Window Vac). A new customer is someone who has not had another Co-operative Home combined Buildings and Contents policy within the last 12 months.
Policies must start before the 30th September 2015.
There is no requirement to enter a promotional code as The Promoter will identify all eligible customers applying over the telephone and through the website. Only one Window Vac per eligible policy purchased, to be redeemed by the policy-holder.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part in the event that makes it necessary to do so, or if the uptake of the promotion exceeds expectations.
The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any Home combined Buildings and Contents Insurance policy which may be purchased.
Applications are subject to our normal terms and conditions including our underwriting criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for an insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases the customer will not be eligible to receive the Window Vac.
Fraud and abuse relating to the receipt of the Window Vac may result in the forfeiture of the gift (or any substitute for it) and termination of the insurance contract.
The sourcing and delivery of the Window Vac will be fulfilled by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited. We, The Promoter, will be required to pass some of your personal information to The Marketing Lounge Partnership to fulfil the order.

Existing Home combined Buildings and Contents policy holders are not eligible to receive this offer.
Policies purchased via price comparison websites (including any quotes starting AGG) are not eligible.
If the policy is cancelled within the first 30 days of the policy start date, you will not be eligible to receive the Window Vac.

Fulfilment of the offer
Eligible customers will receive a letter or email (depending on your chosen method of communication) up to 14 days after the purchase date of your policy which will explain how to redeem your Window Vac. If you have access to the internet, you must go online to redeem your gift within 30 days of receiving this communication. Anything received after this date will be classed as invalid. If you do not have internet access you should call the number on the letter to arrange delivery of your Window Vac within the 30 day period. Once redeemed, all eligible customers will receive their Window Vac within 90 days of the policy start date. If the policy is cancelled within 30 days of the policy start date you will not receive the Window Vac.
Delivery of the Window Vac will be to the policyholder’s address only and will be free of charge.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Window Vac with something of similar or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no liability for issues arising with the Window Vac following dispatch.
There is no cash alternative and the Window Vac is non-transferable.
