Yes, BOXT advises that before your installer arrives, you clear away any clutter around the boiler, and make sure the boiler is easy to access.
Will BOXT take away my old boiler?
Yes, they will always take away your old boiler unless you tell them not to, or if it contains asbestos. If your boiler does contain asbestos, they are happy to discuss organising a specialist contractor to remove it and the additional costs that will be involved.
How do I find out if my old boiler contains asbestos?
You can call the following number: 08001 937777, and the staff at BOXT can check the make and model against a register of boilers that contain asbestos.
What does my warranty cover?
Your warranty covers everything that BOXT has supplied and installed for you.

What do I do if my boiler breaks down?
If your boiler breaks down, simply get in touch with your boiler manufacturer and they will send an engineer out as soon as possible. To do this, you can call the following number: 03301 239559 (if you have a Worcester Bosch boiler) / 03448 711545 (if you have a Baxi boiler) / 01274 866100 (if you have a Vokèra boiler).
Will I have to pay a call-out fee?
