How do I amend my booking?

Which booking reference do I need to use?

Airtours (part of Thomas Cook Group) will issue 2 different booking references; Airline Reference and Reference from Thomas Cook which can be found in the subject field of your e-ticket mail. These two booking reference will enable you to view your booking online and make a payment online. Thomas Cook reference will look like this: 1234-1234567, while the Airline Reference will look like T123456A.

Can I change my email address in my profile details?

Yes you can. If you want to change your email address you have to fill in the form that provided by Airtours to confirm that you are the lead passenger.

What if I don’t receive my tickets or Travel Documents?

If that the case, the best thing you can do first is to check your email Spam, Junk or Trash folders. Airtours will ensure their customer that all travel documents will have been sent from their email address (noreply@thomascookdocuments.net) with a subject header that read “Important Your Travel documents”. If still nothing receives within the few days, you can click on the links in their website and fill in the documents provided by them. After 3 days, Airtours will email your travel documents again.

Are Transfers Included?

All transfers are automatically included when you purchase different Airtours Holiday packages. They will confirm your transfers in the booking journey and on your travel documents.
